Service of Process FAQs
What is the cost?
Currently, Service of Process fees are a flat rate per serve, on average $75, not including witness fees and taxes (if any). We also have discount pricing for VIP customers.
How do I pay the invoice?
Currently, we are sending invoices out via email on file. When you submit your request for service, please make sure you are using the correct email address and one where you wish to receive updates and notifications about your request. Please make sure no one else has access to your email.
How long does it take?
Depending on which service you choose when making a request, determines when the first attempt will be made. Subsequent attempts are made at the discretion of the Process Server. We want to make sure we are not just making futile attempts, so good judgement and information collected at the time of all attempts, ensures that each attempt is valid and sufficient to meet requirements of any jurisdiction.

What is the cost?
Currently, Recording cost is $100 per recording plus recording fee and taxes (if any). We also have discount pricing for VIP customers.
How do I pay the invoice?
You may pay with a debit card or credit card, online using the electronic invoice sent to your email or by logging in to your account and clicking on “Pay Now” located in the package.
How long does it take?
Most areas are recording documents same day as received during normal business hours. Some areas have a significant delay. You should contact your local recorder to find out their average recording time.
Are there any recurring fees?
No. Currently there are no services that have any recurring fees.
Do I have to use Litigation Supporters online forms?
No. However, if you submit a document that is clearly going to be rejected because of formatting or content we will cancel the package.
