Routine Service of Process includes delivery of one set of documents to a single person at one address with the first attempt made within 72 hours of being assigned to the process server. (Ex. Citation and Petition are counted as one set of documents). This includes three attempts maximum to the same address unless determined by Litigation Supporters that more attempts are justified.
